Things To Know

Parking

  • There is 1 space available in the parking garage (you must use the parking pass provided during front desk check-in, or you will be towed at your own expense).
  • Place the parking pass on the dashboard of your vehicle to avoid being towed, and then you may proceed to your unit by following the remaining “Check-in” directions.
  • You may use the valet service next door at The Westin (subject to daily rates) if you wish.
  • NO street parking is allowed, but Town of Avon parking options are typically available. Search the internet, or click the following link for “Town of Avon, CO parking” to locate the Avon parking map and details. https://www.avon.org/2209/Park
  • Please note that this garage has a height limit of 8 feet, so tall SUVs and some vehicles with cargo boxes on top may need to use the Town of Avon parking.
  • Electric vehicle charging in the parking garage is shared with other guests/tenants. If you use the electric vehicle charging in the parking garage, please move your vehicle once it is fully charged

Important! Please be mindful of all parking signs and laws. We are not responsible for parking violations.

Make Note! During check-out, you must drive out of the garage before returning your key to the front desk; otherwise, you will not be able to access the garage without a keycard.

 

Trash

  • Trash and recycling bins are located outside on the side of the home in the brown cabinets. Pull down the slide lock at the top corner of the cabinet door, dispose of trash in the black bins, and recycle in the green bins.
  • The trash will be removed at the end of your stay, but please feel free to reach out sooner if you run out of room in the bins. Thanks for your cooperation.

 

Additional property instructions & quirks

  • Please note that additional fees do apply – In addition to the nightly rate shown during booking, guests of the ONE Riverfront building will be required to pay the following fees at check-in:
    • Resort Fee $140 per night (or $60 per night for stays of 30+ nights)
    • Booking Fee $75 per stay.
    • These fees are subject to change and must be paid directly to the resort at check-in. Guests must check-in in person to access the unit.
    • Additionally, certain amenities at The Westin, such as the spa and valet parking, offer services at an extra cost, not included in the nightly rate.
  • Blinds – Most of the window blinds in the home are NOT manual but instead are powered by a remote. There is a circular white “Hunter-Douglas” remote in almost every room, and the blinds must be controlled by that remote, or damage will occur.
  • There is a $200 fee for any lost or damaged remotes.
  • Though this is a residential area, there are bears, mountain lions, and other wildlife in the mountains.
  • Please ensure all complex and amenity rule signs are followed (Example – Pool and spa rules signs posted inside the gated pool area)
  • Fobs/key cards – $50 if lost or damaged
  • Towels for pool use – Please do not remove any of the bath towels from the home for pool or hot tub use, and only use the towels provided by the building in the lower lobby area. Additionally, please place dirty pool towels in the pool towel receptacles around the gated pool area or in the lower lobby area, and do NOT place any bath towels from inside the home in the pool towel receptacles.
  • Quiet hours 10pm-8am
  • No smoking; pets; events, parties, or large gatherings – $1000 fine
  • If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the repair and/or replacement costs.
  • Cameras and Noiseaware – Motion-activated cameras outside around the complex.: This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
  • This property does not have mail access, and mail or packages cannot be accepted. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages.
  • Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay. Should you believe you left any personal belongings at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, the guest will be responsible for paying a $40 recovery charge and shipping costs for any items that need to be returned by mail. Prices may vary for large items.

 

 

Check-Out Instructions.

  • Checkout time is 10 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.
  • Beds can be left as-is; no stripping is needed.
  • Please turn off the lights and lock the door upon departure
  • Please ensure you have all your belongings; we are not responsible for any items left behind. A shipping fee is required if items left behind are located and can be sent
