Where you’ll be

Our property is in the heart of Avon and close to shopping and restaurants and adjacent to Avon Recreation Center and Nottingham Lake. Steps to Beaver Creek Gondola that can bring you up to world class shopping boutiques and fine dining in the winter. Close to bus stop with shuttles to Beaver Creek and Vail.

Avon Recreation Center has a great gym, rock climbing wall, indoor pool with water slide, lap lanes, lazy river, and hot tub.

Nottingham Lake is a 48-acre park with a lake, beach, swim area & fishing, plus a playground (with zip line), walk and bike path, free outdoor gym, pickle ball/basketball courts & trails. There are stand up paddle board, paddle boat and kayak rentals in the summer. Many festivals, concerts and events.

The entire Vail Valley has an abundance of outdoor adventures, restaurants, and shopping. Of course, we have world class skiing, but also snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, snow tubing, and dog sledding.

In the summer enjoy river and lakes for fishing, rafting, canoeing, and kayaking. There is also hiking, climbing, mountain biking, horseback riding, and zip lining.

Pesky rules

There are no pets allowed and our house is strictly nonsmoking. If pets are detected or if there is any smoking in the house, there will be extra cleaning fees and an additional $350.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation.

This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are 9pm-8am. Any noise complaints or violations (after initial warning) from neighbors or the HOA will result in a $250 fine. We really appreciate your courtesy. There is a noise monitoring system in this unit, a Minut device. To protect your privacy, this device, and no device in the unit, records conversation or video. The Minute does record decibel levels.

If there is any theft detected there will be a replacement charge for the item and a $200 administrative fee. If something is damaged, please notify us right away so we can agree to terms.
